About The Position

As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
• Understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Highly organized, skilled with data management, and proficient in Google Sheets.

Nice To Haves

• Past experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or sales-driven roles.

Responsibilities

• Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
• Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.
• Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.
• Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.
