The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping Razer identify, build, and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and other content creators within the gaming, lifestyle, and other relevant industries. Essential duties and responsibilities include managing communications and relationships between potential partners, agencies, and influencers with internal stakeholders to create opportunities for brand building, social growth, and fan engagement. You will negotiate and maintain influencer partnership contracts and manage deliverables and payments. The role also involves influencer and talent scouting to meet Razer's marketing needs, managing influencer outreach and product seeding initiatives, and coordinating with internal and external teams to offer influencer and partnership support to wider organizational marketing efforts. Additionally, you will plan and develop regional and global engaging, timely, and relevant content across multiple social media channels, including events coverage. As a community ambassador, you will engage with fans and partners at events and/or tradeshows, coordinate the setup for production of influencer content, and analyze metrics from influencer media campaigns to optimize future campaigns. Conducting ongoing analysis and reporting of team and channel performance data and making strategic suggestions for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that influencer campaigns and results meet objectives and budget is crucial, along with other duties as assigned.
