The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building strategies and creative concepts, identifying and engaging influencers, managing outreach programs, and creating engaging, brand worthy content. You should have a deep-rooted interest in beauty and lifestyle with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture. Success in this role requires a well-rounded knowledge of the influencer and social media landscape, both paid and earned. Moreover, you are data-driven and can transform numbers into stories, on which you will base your strategic decisions. Experience in community building programs is key, and strong cross-functional communication skills is a must; both verbally and written.
