We’re Looking For A(n): Influencer Intern Location: Remote (Woodland Hills, CA) What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the Influencer team in executing and managing a broad range of partnerships across multiple brands. This role will be a crash course in understanding how to build, scale, and manage high-impact partnerships programs and have a direct impact on their trajectories. Assist in sourcing influencers and UGC creators that align with brand values, campaign goals, and creative directives. Draft and send outreach messages to influencers and UGC creators for collaboration opportunities. Monitor and respond to inbound emails, supporting communication around campaign details, deliverables, and timelines. Assist with rate discussions and negotiations under team guidance. Support the creation of content briefs and influencer decks for upcoming campaigns. Identify potential influencer partners through brand mentions, tags, and organic social conversations. Help organize, track, and manage creative assets delivered by influencers and UGC creators. Maintain internal trackers and documentation to ensure campaigns are organized and up to date. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support campaign execution and reporting. Conduct competitive research of influencer marketing programs to help develop our program’s reach, engagement, and success. Track and share results of current influencer marketing campaigns with a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • Able to identify partnership and growth opportunities
  • Advanced knowledge of social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube) and the influencer space
  • Passion for social media and influencers
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Written communication experience
  • Self-starter who is not afraid to be assertive and take initiative when applicable
  • Enrolled or completed accredited 4 year university
