About The Position

Shopbop is looking for a strategic, innovative, and influencer obsessed Engagement Manager to spearhead our Influencer Engagement Marketing strategy. The role is accountable for leading the vision and execution of influencer-facing marketing programs that foster engagement, education, and content creation with influencers at scale. Will be responsible for building and implementing new marketing initiatives that will help influencers grow their business with Shopbop, including educational resources, events, and automated engagement levers such as onboarding email series, and push notifications. This position sits on the Influencer Marketing team reporting to the Head of Influencer marketing. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep knowledge of the creator and marketing landscape and works well across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an excellent oral and written communicator, who leads with data, and takes an analytical approach to program development and decision making.
