About The Position

As an Influencer & Content Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing influencer strategies while also supporting the creation and refinement of high-performing, social-first content. This role blends influencer management with hands-on content creation and editing, ensuring that influencer activations and brand content are optimized for performance across platforms. You will help bring campaigns to life—from identifying the right creators to shaping content that resonates with audiences and drives measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content creation, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and content best practices
  • Experience creating and/or editing social-first content (video + static)
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, platform-native tools)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools or social/influencer platforms
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, trends, and digital culture

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals
  • Research, vet, and onboard influencers who align with brand values and target audiences
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, including briefing, contracts, deliverables, and timelines
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies to foster long-term partnerships
  • Support the development, editing, and refinement of influencer and brand content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Edit short-form video and social content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or platform-native tools
  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to ensure content is platform-native, engaging, and aligned with brand voice
  • Assist in developing content concepts, briefs, and hooks that drive performance and engagement
  • Iterate on content based on performance insights and testing frameworks
  • Ensure all influencer-generated and brand content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging
  • Provide feedback to influencers to optimize content for performance and platform best practices
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and creative execution across campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer and content performance
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on learnings and optimization opportunities
  • Stay current on platform trends, creator landscape, and emerging content formats
  • Identify new opportunities for creative testing, influencer partnerships, and content innovation
