PMG × Digital Voices Influencer & Branded Content Roles Who You Will Be Working With PMG and Digital Voices are coming together to build something new — a global Influencer Center of Excellence that blends cultural insight, creator relationships, and performance-driven strategy. Digital Voices brings deep expertise in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social-first storytelling. PMG brings global scale, proprietary technology, and a history of helping brands grow through innovation. Together, we’re creating an influencer practice designed for where culture, content, and community are headed next. You’ll work alongside influencer strategists, creators, creatives, data partners, and client teams who care deeply about authenticity, collaboration, and impact. What You Will Be Doing Depending on your background and interests, you may contribute to work such as: Designing and delivering influencer and creator-led campaigns that feel authentic, social-first, and culturally relevant. Partnering with brands to translate business goals into meaningful creator strategies and storytelling. Collaborating with creators to bring ideas to life — from briefing and production to publishing and amplification. Managing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Using data and insights to understand performance, optimize content, and inform future ideas. Supporting client relationships through clear communication, thoughtful recommendations, and reliable execution. Working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, media, and technology teams to deliver integrated programs. Staying close to culture — tracking creator trends, platform shifts, and new ways audiences engage with content. As our influencer practice grows, these responsibilities may evolve — and you’ll have the opportunity to grow with it. What You Will Bring We’re excited to hear from people with a range of experiences, including: Experience working in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or digital campaigns (agency, brand, or creator-side). A strong understanding of social platforms and creator ecosystems, and how content performs across them. Curiosity about culture, creators, and how brands can show up in ways that feel human and relevant. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Comfort working in fast-moving environments where ideas turn into action quickly. A desire to learn, grow, and help shape a practice that’s still being built. Experience with data, reporting, or performance metrics is a plus — but storytelling and judgment matter just as much.
