About The Position

Working within the Myprotein North America territory team, reporting to the Influencer Lead, working close to recruit, onboard and manage on-brand influencers as well as develop and manage effective marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be a proactive and creative collaborator and problem solver who's passionate about influencer marketing and social media. They will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally, as well as having strong analytical, negotiation and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Degree in (Preferred but not essential)
  • 1-2 years minimum experience within Influencer (Preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable establishing processes to streamline and scale recurring tasks
  • Experience working with influencers or agencies
  • Agency or inhouse work experience
  • An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and working with teams in various international regions

Responsibilities

  • Research and identification of on-brand influencers across various categories including fitness and lifestyle
  • Part ownership of the Myprotein USA Influencer Database
  • Complete end-to-end relationship management of influencers, from initial outreach emails to product distribution, to campaign briefing
  • Own micro influencer campaigns and management
  • Contribute creative campaign ideas and strategies to build global brand awareness for the brand
  • Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign, PR and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage
  • Collaborate on US-based influencer events and shoots
  • Partner with the central influencer team for local execution of global influencer campaigns
  • Use our in-house data and technology platform to share valuable insights on influencer performance, develop strategies for revenue growth as well as provide data-driven guidance to influencers
  • Ad hoc analysis projects to support business strategy
