We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Affiliate Marketing Director for up to a 6 month long contract to develop and lead the launch of our influencer affiliate marketplace. This role will focus on working with both internal and external parties to optimize programming appropriately and ultimately drive ticket & partner product sales through this unique format of influencer partnerships. The Influencer Affiliate Marketing Director will be responsible for liaising with our core technology partner to ensure proper attribution setup, asset dissemination, creator onboarding, and payment. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms who align with our tour and event target audiences. The director will plan, execute, and optimize influencer affiliate marketing campaigns, using Captiv8's SaaS tools to track campaign performance, measure influencer impact, and make data-driven adjustments. Additionally, the director will monitor and analyze key performance metrics, collaborate with internal teams, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and track the program budget.
