About The Position

The Infinite Campus Support Assistant at School Services of Montana is responsible for providing front-line technical support to Montana-based school districts using the Infinite Campus Student Information System. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication and resolution of support requests. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or an Associate degree required.
• 2 years of experience in an office environment providing direct customer support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Ability to learn and obtain necessary certifications for Infinite Campus support.
• Knowledge of SQL and HTML is preferred.
• Understanding of data privacy laws and practices including HIPAA and FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Montana-based school district customers regarding Infinite Campus software.
• Provide real-time technical support via live trainings, telephone, and electronic communications.
• Verify support contact credentials and account service level agreements.
• Assist customers by resolving incidents, redirecting requests, or escalating issues as necessary.
• Document all support incidents and customer requests in the tracking system in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the support team to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and timely.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their incidents or service requests.
• Prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day as circumstances require.
• Maintain technical product knowledge on existing and new products.
• Access Infinite Campus production customer data in live sites adhering to security guidelines.
