About The Position

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Infectious Diseases physician to join our team of 6 physicians in Burlington, Massachusetts. 🔎 Position Highlights Focus: 100% adult clinical inpatient and ambulatory consultative care. Patient population: Diverse, including HIV, transplant and other immunocompromised patients. Bonus Interest: Expertise or interest in antimicrobial stewardship is a plus. 🎓 Academic & Professional Growth Academic Affiliation: Proudly affiliated with U Mass Chan School of Medicine. Teaching: Active involvement in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. Appointment: Academic appointment will be commensurate with experience. Growth: Excellent professional growth opportunities within the division and our growing organization. 💰 Compensation & Benefits A generous physician benefits and retirement package is offered. Pay Range: $240,000.00 USD - $270,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
