Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing (Required).
• Nurse Practitioner Certification from New York State Education Department (NYSED).
• Registered Nurse certification from New York State Education Department (NYSED).

Responsibilities

• Meet continuing education requirements as specified by the department.
