Infectious Disease - Full-Time NP/PA

We invite Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds, and visionaries together in our Infectious Disease Team at Atrium Health in Kenilworth, North Carolina. Job Details: 100% Adult medicine; Hybrid position Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM clinic schedule Weekday hours only No night call required (Saturday/Sunday only as needed for infusion) Setting includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Practice model includes 19 physicians, 3 APPs, 7 RNs, 4 CMAs, 6 Ryan White support staff, and 5 clerical staff
Requirements
- Experienced APP with at least 3 years of experience required
- Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited program with certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required. Must hold a valid RN license with acute care board certification, and certification in the area of practice from a nationally recognized certifying body
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure in North Carolina
- New grads will not be considered at this time
