About The Position
Whitney Oaks Post Acute is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Infection Prevention (IP) Nurse to join our dedicated clinical team. This role involves leading our infection prevention and control program in compliance with CDC, CDPH, and CMS guidelines. The IP Nurse will conduct surveillance, audits, education, and outbreak investigations, collaborating with nursing staff and department heads to promote a safe, sanitary environment. Additionally, the IP Nurse will support the Director of Staff Development (DSD) and clinical leadership team with staff training and compliance.
