Requirements
- Active Tennessee RN or LPN license (required)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, caring, and compassionate
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in Infection Control
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)
- APIC Certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct facility-wide infection prevention surveillance
- Monitor and promote adherence to infection control policies and procedures
- Review and track data on healthcare-acquired infections, treatments, and control measures
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical staff on prevention strategies
