About The Position

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered LVN/LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in nursing management and infection prevention control.
• Certification in Infection Prevention and Control.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility-wide Infection Prevention Control Program.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and state regulations, including OSHA and APIC standards.
• Prioritize Infection Prevention goals.
• Collaborate with Department managers and medical directors in implementing aspects of the Infection Prevention Program.
