About The Position

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. Requirements

Per licensure requirement or equivalent experience. BSN Preferred.
3 years experience in an acute care hospital or in epidemiology.
RN or other clinical license required. Obtain CIC within 3 years
Possess initiative to establish course of action for self and others to accomplish goals.In a collaborative approach, implements the plan and associated follow up to ensure success.
Experience working in microbiology, epidemiology,process improvement, and/or clinical education desirable.
Analytical skills necessary in order to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend appropriate action plans.
Intermediate level skills in word processing, spreadsheets and other computer programs desirable.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Effective written and verbal communications skills.
