About The Position
The Infection Control Preventionist is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing infection control programs and activities within the facility. This role involves developing and implementing programs designed to enhance infection control practices in accordance with current regulations and guidelines. The Infection Control Preventionist will also coordinate training and educational programs for staff, conduct evaluations, and maintain tracking systems for infection control recommendations. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with management to ensure that training programs align with corporate goals and the preparation of reports for management regarding infection control metrics.
