Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in directing all nursing activities within the hospital.
• Assess and monitor the quality of nursing services provided.
• Assist the DON in interviewing staff.
• Conduct new employee training and orientation.
• Participate in departmental and team meetings.
• Execute nursing care duties to ensure quality patient care and proper execution and documentation of the treatment plan.
