We are comprised of a skilled and caring staff which provides seniors with Nursing Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Spiritual Services, and Social Services, aimed at caring for the whole individual Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and maintaining an Infection Prevention Program, in compliance with regulatory agencies, to decrease the risk of patients, visitors and employees from developing nosocomial infections. Monitors and investigates known and suspected sources of infections. We take great care of careers. Requirements

  • Must possess a Registered Nurse license in the state of Connecticut
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience of hospital, LTC or other healthcare facility with at least one year supervisory experience
  • Infection Prevention certification or completion of program within 6 months of hire
  • APIC within 6 months of hire
  • Level 3 NHSN enrollment on hire

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred
  • Knowledge of epidemiology, statistics, and microbiology preferred
