About The Position
Responsible for planning, developing, leading, monitoring, evaluating, and setting goals for the overall Infection Prevention Program organization wide, in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations; and responsible for surveillance, reporting, identification and risk reduction of pandemic, endemic and epidemic healthcare acquired infections for patients and health care workers.
