About The Position

TCBH is hiring for an Infection Control/Employee Health Nurse that would be responsible for preventing and controlling healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and promoting the health and safety of staff. This role oversees infection prevention programs, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and manages employee health services including screenings, vaccinations, exposures, and wellness initiatives.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse or Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Three years of professional nursing experience, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
• A bachelor's degree in nursing and two years of professional nursing experience, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
• A master's degree and one year of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of CDC, OSHA, Joint Commission, and CMS regulations.
• Strong analytical, teaching, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
