Position Overview: The full-time service coordinator supports children, families and ITP team members to ensure that children referred to the Infants and Toddlers program obtain all the available services and resources they need in a timely and efficient manner. S/he works under a grant that is administered by the Prince George’s County Public School system (PGCPS) and receives daily guidance and direction from PGCPS. ITP service coordinators are assigned to a variety of roles within the program that may include: Intake, Case Management, Clerical, Transition and Family Resource supports. The service coordinator is expected to be a cooperative and supportive member of the inter-disciplinary ITP team and a strong advocate for each child. Onsite position; Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 4pm. Location; Fort Washington MD
