Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for nurturing and educating young children
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center
  • Must have CDA, Associate’s, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education is required
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development
  • Passion for nurturing young children and working as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for infants
  • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created by national experts for you
  • Ensure a safe and clean learning space
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
  • Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
  • Guide children through routines while promoting independence
  • Partner with parents to ensure consistent care and development goals
  • Support emotional development with kindness, structure, and encouragement
