Requirements

High school diploma required; degree or CDA preferred
1–2 years of experience in early childhood education
Passion, reliability, and teamwork

Responsibilities

Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity
Support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Communicate openly and positively with families about their child’s day and progress
Foster smooth daily routines and positive guidance strategies
