We’re currently hiring a Classroom Teacher in our Infant program, working with children ages 6 weeks to 15 months. Requirements

  • EEC Infant/Toddler Certification
  • Early Education Degree, CDA, or equivalent experience (required)
  • Experience in a center-based or private school setting
  • A nurturing demeanor and a genuine love for infant care
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within school operating hours

Responsibilities

  • Caring for infants’ individual feeding, sleeping, and developmental schedules
  • Engaging children through age-appropriate play, music, movement, and interaction
  • Assisting with diapering, bottles, meals, naps, and outdoor time
  • Preparing lesson plans, materials, and monthly newsletters with your co-teacher
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
  • Tracking developmental progress and completing assessments
  • Participating in staff meetings and required professional development
  • (This is an active, hands-on role that includes time on the floor, lifting to 50 lbs., and being on your feet for much of the day.)
