Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma
• 45 Hour Infant & Toddler & 90 Hour Preschool Certification
• 2 Years of experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including adhering to sanitation procedures, diapering, and feeding schedules.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth, such as sensory play, music, and motor skill exercises.
• Track individual developmental milestones and progress, documenting growth through observations and reports.
• Build positive relationships with families, providing daily updates on children’s routines, development, and needs.
• Provide consistent, active supervision of children at all times to ensure safety.
