About The Position

Infant/ Toddler Floater Teacher – The Goddard School of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY The Goddard School® of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Infant/Toddler Floater Teacher to join our team of passionate educators. Requirements

Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting preferred.
High School Diploma/GED, CDA or degree (or working toward a degree) in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, ability to multi-task and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.

Responsibilities

Support the Lead Teacher in implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Help maintain a positive, safe, and organized classroom environment.
Supervise and interact with children to encourage their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators.
Ensure all activities and practices align with Goddard School standards and New York State licensing regulations.
