About The Position

Encompass Educators design and deliver a dynamic, play-based curriculum that nurtures children’s curiosity and fosters a love of learning. Guided by our supportive Center Directors, you’ll benefit from continuous training, program resources, and professional development opportunities to help you grow. As a teacher at Encompass, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young minds by providing exceptional care and inspiring children to explore, learn, and thrive— all while having fun! Encompass Teachers create engaging, child-centered learning experiences that spark imagination and foster development through play. With guidance from our Center Directors, you’ll receive continuous training, access to program resources, and opportunities for professional growth. At Encompass, our teachers are dedicated to delivering top-quality early education and care, helping children grow, explore, and discover the joy of learning in a playful and supportive environment.

Requirements

High school diploma required
A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
Training provided for those passionate about early education!
Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education preferred but not required
