We support your continued development by providing the required Infant/Toddler training hours and the cost of obtaining your CDA. Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
  • Patient, nurturing, and attentive to the needs of young children
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
  • Passion for supporting early childhood development
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
  • Support developmental milestones through play, interaction, and routine
  • Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
  • Follow daily schedules including feeding, diapering, and nap routines
  • Build trusting relationships with families and your teaching team
