Infant-Toddler Breaks and Planning Teacher
About The Position
Rise and Shine Academy, a program of Criterion Child Enrichment, provides quality child care services to children between six weeks and five years of age. Each classroom offers a developmentally appropriate curriculum designed to promote learning, curiosity, and independence, in a safe and nurturing environment. Rise and Shine is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Rise & Shine Academy is seeking a full time EEC Certified Infant -Toddler Teacher to provide break and planning coverage for teachers in the infant, infant-toddler and toddler classroom.
Requirements
- High School diploma and college-level course in Early Childhood Education
- Nine months of experience with infants/toddlers in a childcare center or licensed family childcare home
- Department of Early Education and Care Certification (EEC) or documentation of completion of EEC requirements or a willingness to obtain the current certification is required
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric First Aid and CPR Training (preferred)
