We are urgently hiring an Infant Toddler Assistant Teacher for our Carver preschool and daycare. This full-time childcare position supports our infant and toddler classrooms and offers a consistent schedule between 7:30am–5:00pm . If you love the baby snuggles, first steps, first words, and the incredible growth that happens in the earliest years, we would love to meet you. You’re not just assisting — you’re helping shape a child’s very first school experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool as an assistant teacher or floating teacher
- Passion for early childhood education
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
- Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Support Lead Teachers in infant and toddler classrooms
- Help create a calm, nurturing early childhood education environment
- Assist with age-appropriate curriculum and daily routines
- Maintain high-quality childcare and daycare standards
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families
