Your Role: Building the Foundation In our infant classrooms, the Lead and Co-Teacher are a TEAM . Together, you will be the primary caregivers and educators for our littlest learners.

Requirements

  • Education: 2-year Associate’s degree in Early Childhood (or related field) preferred.
  • Experience: 6+ months of verifiable teaching experience in a licensed setting preferred .

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: NC B-K Initial License is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Create a Sanctuary: Maintain a safe, sanitary, and nurturing environment following all NC-DCDEE and CACFP regulations.
  • Intentional Teaching: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory, motor, and social-emotional development.
  • Form Partnerships: Build strong, communication-based relationships with families to ensure their baby’s needs are met with consistency.
  • Mastery of Care: Maintain high standards of classroom management while keeping infants engaged and thriving.
