About The Position
At Tea Trailblazers Childcare Center, we are excited to announce an opening for a part-time Infant Teacher. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with young children and are looking for a supportive and engaging work environment. The role involves working in our infant room with children aged 6 weeks to 1 year, providing care and support during their playtime and social interactions. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life schedule without the need for nights or weekends. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our full-time teachers by providing breaks and assisting in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include nurturing the children, fostering their social skills, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with both your co-workers and the parents through the ProCare app for parent communications. Our Program Manager is dedicated to providing you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive in your role. We are looking for someone who is calm, patient, and genuinely loves working with children. This position is perfect for those who may not have extensive experience in childcare but have a desire to learn and grow in this field.
