About The Position
The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park is hiring a caring and nurturing Infant Teacher to support our youngest learners. This role focuses on creating a safe loving and engaging environment while supporting early developmental milestones. If you are passionate about infant care and early childhood education this is a wonderful opportunity.
Requirements
- Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including Infant qualification.
- Minimum ECE or Child Development units required per licensing.
- Experience working with infants preferred
- Positive reliable and attentive to safety and detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for nurturing and supporting early development
Responsibilities
- Create a warm safe and nurturing environment for infants
- Support physical social emotional and cognitive development
- Follow daily routines including feeding diapering and rest schedules
- Engage infants through age appropriate sensory and learning activities
- Communicate positively with parents and staff
- Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom environment
- Follow TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum
