Requirements

• An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community
• If you have an interest in childcare and have completed the basic courses, we would LOVE to speak with you!

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Curriculum: Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
• Foster Growth: Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.
