Are fun, engaging, patient and flexible What you have: Superior classroom management skills, takin care of student both emotionally and academically. CDA or ECE certificate, associates/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience.
