Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Background check and clearance required.
  • Positive, nurturing demeanor with a love for children.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
  • Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote development.
  • Observe and document children's progress and milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
