About The Position

The Learning Experience in Newbury Park is seeking a warm patient and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. This role supports infants as they grow learn and build early trust through nurturing care and meaningful interactions. Requirements

• Minimum twelve completed ECE units required
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Must meet state background check and health requirements

• Experience in an infant classroom or childcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe nurturing and responsive environment for infants
• Support early developmental milestones including tummy time sensory play and early communication
• Follow daily routines including feeding diapering and nap schedules
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates
• Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom environment
• Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies
• Collaborate with your teaching team to create a supportive classroom culture
