Requirements
- EEC Teacher certification (Infant/Toddler preferred) or eligibility
- Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
- Passion for early childhood education
Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing, responsive care in our infant classroom
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment
- Partner with families through clear communication
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
