About The Position

At The Learning Experience, we believe that happy children start with happy teachers . Our center is growing, and we’re looking for a caring, patient, and energetic Infant Teacher who embodies TLE’s mission of making early learning joyful, safe, and meaningful. At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

Requirements

You love watching babies grow and celebrating their milestones
You communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
You’re dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but a caring heart is essential

Responsibilities

Create a warm, loving, and developmentally rich environment for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
Implement TLE’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum , bringing early learning to life through sensory play, early language exposure, and nurturing interactions
Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom that reflects TLE’s bright, cheerful, and safe learning environment
Collaborate with a supportive team and leadership that values positivity, professionalism, and fun
Follow all TLE, state, and licensing guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care
