Requirements

Have a genuine passion for the care and development of infants?
Have one year of professional teaching or childcare experience (preferred) or six months of professional childcare experience (required)?
Have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or a High School Diploma/GED (required)?
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for infant care?
There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for infants.
Provide consistent care routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules while ensuring each child’s individual needs are met.
Observe, document, and support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive classroom environment.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s daily activities, milestones, and achievements through mobile apps and in-person conversations.
