Responsibilities

• Align with Cadence Education’s philosophy and collaborate to foster a positive, engaging learning space.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum that sparks curiosity.
• Observe children's interests, ensure their safety, and enhance their play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
• Contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule incorporating quiet and active moments, indoor and outdoor fun, and fine and gross motor activities.
