Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, passionate Infant Nursery Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for infants while supporting and mentoring less experienced teachers in the classroom. Requirements

  • Genuine passion for caring for and educating infants.
  • 1 year of experience as an Infant Lead Teacher (Minimum)
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED (required).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and mentor other teachers.
  • Candidates must meet all applicable state licensing requirements for childcare professionals.

Nice To Haves

  • Have one year of professional experience as an Infant Lead (preferred) or six months of professional experience working with infants in a child care setting (required)?
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants to learn, play and grow
  • Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
