Full Time Infant Nanny for 3MO (Mon-Fri 7A-5P) - San Antonio, TX
About The Position
Jovie of San Antonio is seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced full-time nanny to support a loving family in the 78249 area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys caring for infants, values dependability, and has a passion for early childhood development. The family recently welcomed their first child in September 2025 and is looking for a nurturing caregiver who will grow with their little one and provide consistent, attentive care each day. Family does have a cat present in their household who will not need care! Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM This is a full-time role requiring punctual and reliable attendance each morning. Start Date, Pay & Details Start Date: Late 2025 or early 2026 Commitment: Ongoing Pay Rate: $17/hour Employment Type: W-2 position through Jovie of San Antonio Household: One infant (born 9/26/2025) and one friendly cat
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional childcare or nanny experience
- Experience with infants strongly preferred
- BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Comfortable with a household cat
- Must be okay with a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong reliability and time management skills
- Must be 18 years or older, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Early childhood development knowledge or education is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for an infant
- Support feeding, diapering, napping, and daily routines
- Engage the child through tummy time, play, and sensory activities
- Communicate daily updates with parents
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and nurturing environment
- Arrive promptly by 7:00 AM each morning
