About The Position

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is hiring a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to support our youngest learners in a nurturing, high-quality early childhood environment. Our infant classroom is designed to promote secure attachments, early development, and joyful exploration during a child’s most formative stage. This role is ideal for an ECE-certified infant teacher who values responsive caregiving, strong family partnerships, and developmentally appropriate practice.

Requirements

Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required
At least 6 months of infant classroom experience (1+ year preferred).
Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead an infant classroom that prioritizes safety, comfort, and individualized care.
Support early development through sensory play, language exposure, movement, and daily routines.
Use The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to guide intentional infant learning experiences.
Communicate consistently with families regarding feedings, naps, milestones, and daily activities.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all Massachusetts EEC health and safety standards.
Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to ensure consistency and quality of care.
