All teachers have full support from our directors, including planning time, to be successful in the classroom. All teachers are eligible for annual raises based on performance and retention bonuses. · Salary range: $15-$18/hr · Hours of work: 38-40hrs/week. No nights and weekends! Our teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Requirements

Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Child Development Associates
At minimum 1 year of previous experience preferred
Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
Works productively without direct supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams
Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
