Requirements

2 years of experience working with infants
2 years of Early childhood education experience
Associate (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Planning and implementing an educational curriculum aligned with CT early learning standards.
Regular communication with parents through casual discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
Ensuring adherence to all center policies, state regulations, and NAEYC policies.
Head Daycare Teachers supervise Assistant Daycare Teachers
Ongoing personal and professional development.
