Requirements

Deeply patient and attentive to subtle cues
Emotionally regulated and calm under repetitive, high-needs conditions
Experienced in infant development (5+ years strongly preferred)
Skilled in building trust with families — especially first-time parents
Ready to help establish and uphold a high standard in a growing school
Energized by the opportunity to be a Founding Member of our team—helping to anchor our culture and set the gold standard

Nice To Haves

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; CDA considered.

Responsibilities

Follow individualized feeding, sleep, and care schedules with precision
Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive interaction
Observe and document developmental milestones
Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day
Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards
Deliver Primrose’s exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum through age-appropriate engagement
Lead your classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence
