Requirements

  • Caregivers ($19-$25 if PATCH Qualified)
  • High school diploma
  • 12–24 months experience with children under 3 in a licensed preschool or learning center
  • Infant/Toddler Training (We can provide this)
  • Aides (Pay: $17–$18.50/hour)
  • High school diploma
  • Volunteer work or other experience with caring for infants & toddlers
  • We will provide Infant/Toddler Training and the experience you meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications in the near-future!
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or plan to relocate).

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for toddlers and preschoolers
  • Support social, emotional, and developmental growth through play-based learning
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
